BEWARE PEOPLE!!!! Please heed my warning. I bought a car from TRUE CAR SITE the names of the dealerships were, The Car House and the Bloomingdale Auto Sales and was ripped off. I saw the car and it was be from TRUE CAR SITE the names of the dealerships were, The Car House and the Bloomingdale Auto Sales and was ripped off. I saw the car and it was beautiful the day before I picked it up. The day of picking it up it had scratches and dents on the side which was probably done the day before I picked it up. I already had paid for it, so the deal was already finalized, papers Were signed. The sales person did not even offer to fix any problems that occurred after the fact.. not even before one day went by I saw O2 sensor code and the climate control had broken. It came out of my pocket. I want everyone to know these people are a scam and underhanded. Please stay away from these car dealers. I had fixed all the problems and it’s a nice car but I hated the way I was treated. I hope this word will cut like a knife. More

I traveled all the way from Cleveland Ohio to buy 2005 jaguar. I at first thought that things were going wrong. Bait and switch is their game. So I purchase a 2000 Ford Mustang for my son, not a bad car. List price 2,995.00 all good there. Car had a few issues that a certified mechanic found on inspection. Dealer says car will pass state inspection, wrong. Emergency brake cables were cut at the rear calibers. Upon further inspection the E-brake mechanism was defective and stuck in the E-brake mode but the pin was removed to allow the handle to go down. Whether or not they were the ones that botched up the brake system they certainly knew about it due to the fact that they replaced all the brake pads all around. I was told that they would repair it if I drove the car almost two hours north to their repair center. Was not worth my time. After a discussion with Sayyid he agreed to refund the cost of the parts but not any of the labor. Best is yet to come. I was waiting on the paperwork and the title because the temp plate was about to expire. I called and got the run around. A few days later I receive a call that "My title was ready for pickup".....Drive up to the dealer only to be handed a worthless piece of paper that the DMV said was not a title nor would it get me a title. DMV in Eatontown NJ is 60 miles from dealer. Back to dealer and get the run around again. At this point I am trying to keep my temper. I was told I had to drive up to the MAIN dealer in Bllomingdale NJ. After a long drawn out conversation I thought that I was good to go. The owner even assured me that "he has a friend in DMV" He even gave me her name. Now I have to drive 20 minutes further north to DMV. Guess what, the paperwork was No Good. Go back to see the owner and again more BS. But here is the best yet. After paying over 600.00 in dealer prep fees and title paperwork I still had to pay for the title. They Bloomingdale auto group Are a bunch of CROOKS!. I am going to be calling the State Attorney General because they are playing with the documents and the document fees and charging people for them and not applying for them. Oh and they never sent me the money for the brake parts I had to pay for. My advise, with all the good car dealers out there Stay Away from Bloomingdale auto group, all locations including the one just north of Newark. More
