Rude workers and not professional at all When people are turning their vehicles in they want to be respected and feel comfortable handing some one the keys. The front desk worker is very rude do not greet as you come in. They leave you standing as if you are no body. With out us there would be no company! I work as a customer service agent and I know great customer services when I see them. It cost way to much to have nothing but smiles when you come in and positive attitudes. I needed a rental for work they did not tell me anything or even as was I ok. I love crysler and would love the service center if they made me feel appreciated! At least a little. Slow.. I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. No one told me that I was waiting for the oil filter. Also I was told they broke my oil plug and had to replac I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change.
