Service center 1)Called for my first inspection and oil change and it was going to be a week before they could get it 2) Car wouldn't start and they told me it wou 1)Called for my first inspection and oil change and it was going to be a week before they could get it 2) Car wouldn't start and they told me it would be a month before they could get to it. After talking to the Service manager Karen Dodson, I got the car there and it was fixed the next day. Karen was very helpful and pleasant to work with, however I had reached out to the salesman that sold me the car first and he said he would call me back and to this day, I still haven't received that call and I sat at home all day that day waiting on his call and he also did that on the oil change episode. Not very pleased with overall customer service or than Karen and Marty. I believe you need to hire enough help to get the jobs done in a timely manner More
