Jeep 2016 Although I have had way too many problems with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee, this service center has always been courteous. This last episode I was in the ba Although I have had way too many problems with my 2016 Jeep Cherokee, this service center has always been courteous. This last episode I was in the back of a park with no one around. I called the service center who in-turn gave me the number to Chrysler( since I still had coverage). Chrysler was going to send out a tow truck that would take it to the Danville shop. Luckily for me, someone came by and gave me a jump start. I drove like a bat out of hill to get to the shop before they closed because I needed a rental. I made just in time and everything was taken care of. I was so stressed that day but my silver lining was the service I received from this location. More
