Great staff. Could use a little work. I have nothing but praise to say about the friendly staff at Blackwell Auto, but my last experience could've been better. Me and them seem to have a d I have nothing but praise to say about the friendly staff at Blackwell Auto, but my last experience could've been better. Me and them seem to have a difference in what a "little" amount of time is. The last two times I went I was told it would only take a few minutes/shouldn't take long and then I sit with my infant for an hour. I also had to drive all the way from South Boston to Danville on 3 occasions because (1) they didn't check for other recalls when I first called about the first one and (2) they broke a piece in my car. They apologized and fixed it for free, but I still had to pay for the gas and use my time to do it. Also, I don't understand why these big name companies feel the need to waste an hour on your car for no reason. I would've been fine with them just spending 10 mins to slap the new piece on they broke and let me leave than do the whole check of my car. Any small town garage would've. I would've been in and out in 5 mins and I should've been Friday. More

Service Campaigns I had service campaigns fixed. The dealership sent appointment reminders which were helpful. I like the service department being open on Saturdays. I had service campaigns fixed. I live 45 minutes one way from the dealership. I feel they should have had all of the parts in for my appointment, especially since the appointment was made about a month ahead of time. More
