Installed a backup camera I was very pleased with my experience at Blackwell. It took almost 4 hours to install the backup camera. The wait was not bad since they were nice eno I was very pleased with my experience at Blackwell. It took almost 4 hours to install the backup camera. The wait was not bad since they were nice enough to let me stay in the smaller waiting area with my laptop. The service tech kept me informed about the progress of the install and the gentleman that installed the camera was nice enough to check with me to make sure I was pleased with everything when he was done. I didn't know that Stephanie was the one helping me at first, so I had to wait for one of the other associates to direct me to her when they found time and once I got to her everything was great. The problems still are not fixed, in fact one issue is worse than it was. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone and will share my bad experience through available avenues. More
