However, having said that, your F&I lady was totally disengaging, stern, matter-of-factly, just unpleasant. I was a VP of HR for over 15 years for a 7000 employee company with 38 locations in four countries--when I had an employee like her, I exercised At-Will employment dismissal immediately. In my humble opinion, that lady should never have direct contact with internal or external customers--probably GREAT and precise back-office employee, just not face-to-face engagement with customers. Karen and John are outstanding In my opinion, Karen and John in the service department are the saving element for the dealership.
