Unhappy customer Was unable to use coupon that was emailed to me for a oil change and I was informed that I needed a engine oil filter and there is no such name. I have a cabin filter and it was changed at 20,000 miles so therefore I was told the wrong information..The psi on my tires should have been changed to 32 but they were holding at 38 psi. Very unhappy with the service that I had to pay 85.00$ for. More

The only disappointment I have is that my service took at least an hour.. That's a little long for an oil change with an "express" option, in my opinion. The service itself was well done, however, and everything was explained to me completely. Also, I had purchased the vehicle through Daniel Fochler, and he was kind enough to have a nice conversation with me. More
