Unfortunately Blackwell didn't have the trim I was looking for in stock, but they were happy to explain the ordering process and helped me have one built the way I wanted it direct from FCA. It arrived in less than a month. Daniel was extremely professional and answered every question I had throughout the process quickly. He definitely went above and beyond to make everything a great experience. I received an extremely fair price on the vehicle right off the bat and didn't have to waste hours arguing over the price, something that happens all too often. Brent helped with the finance portion of my purchase and was extremely transparent through every step and explained everything. I've leased from other dealerships in the past, but Blackwell didn't hide hidden markups in their lease deal like others have tried to do in the past. All in all, this was one of the best car buying experiences I've had and it was definitely worth the drive from Greensboro to work with the good folks at Blackwell. If I ever purchase another FCA vehicle, it will be here! More

When I first signed in, no, when I walked through the door, I saw him with another dealer. He didn't greet me nor my fiancé but the nice lady dealer with him did. After I was greeted at the desk and signed in, he didn't greet nor introduce himself until after saying that he was going to the one we were going to be talking to about car. His tone was drone and soft. When I shook his hand, his grip lacked any firmness; really any form of trust or belief in his abilities. We go to his desk and he asks for the usual information. I don't recall if he ever asked what type of vehicle I was looking into or not. After everything was talked about we got up, said have a nice day and left. I wish we had the nicer lady dealer or Ms Chantel. More
