If you need a vehicle go some were else Ok I bought vehicle from Tracy drove off lot sum bar came in through Sun roof noticed manifold leak bad rotors door handle fell off back door wouldn' Ok I bought vehicle from Tracy drove off lot sum bar came in through Sun roof noticed manifold leak bad rotors door handle fell off back door wouldn't open leaks in front and back now can't see millage and speed odometer works on and off they didn't even fill up power steering fluid before putting on lot matter of fact they never bother fix anything before reselling they did fix manifold and doors safety issue but rotors are not all I got was a awe we sorry with a smurk on there face so now I'm stuck with pile of junk and I noticed I'm not only one Tracy sold pile junk to they do not care for your best interest worst mistake I ever made dealer for people that's a joke More

We finally found one that we really liked and she got it delivered right to Danville for us the next day. Working with Kelly has been great! I made my first phone call to her on Monday and on Thursday we drove our new Jeep home. We spent less than two hours at Blackwell and we were on our way. Steve was great to deal with also. $36,000 Camaro SS with 9664 miles. Sales were very fast to meet me at a desk but not out in the lot. Took my trade, put me in a 2014 Camaro SS with only 9664 miles. Within a couple of weeks the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and they advised me to bring it in. Once at the dealership I waited for over 30 minutes before I was told I had to take the car to Woodall Chevrolet due to the fact Blackwell did not diagnose Chevrolet." Strange" I thought but...ok. Once I arrived AND sit at Woodall in Danville for almost two hours they advised me the car had bad O2 sensors and after market exhaust that prohibited anyone to repair due to the warranty. I then paid $60 out of pocket for the service and was advised to take the car back to Blackwell for some type of resolution. Long story short, I went back to Blackwell, told them what was happening and I would like this issue to be taken care of. I was told basically told "TOUGH LUCK". BTW, the car was still under the 30 day warranty at this time! I just wanted someone to answer my questions and concerns with respect. I also wanted my car to be fixed properly without any issues. Today marks the ONE YEAR date I have had my car and it still hasn't been taken care of yet Blackwell Automotive sends me an email hoping everything is ok and please send anyone I know on down for a great deal. Hummm. I am only asking for closure with this issue. Torrey Blackwell, can YOU help?
