Bruce spent probably 45 minutes going over all the features of MyFord touch, Sirus Radio, the navigation system and how to use voice activation. This was the best new car purchase experience I've ever had and that includes 1 BMW and 2 Mercedes' as well as a handfull of other cars. Billy Howell Ford is the most customer service oriented dealership I've ever known. The staff there are some of the friendliest in the industry. The service manager, Charlie Ware, lives nearby my offic dealership I've ever known. The staff there are some of the friendliest in the industry.
