When we went to pick it up, it was ready and all the paperwork was in order and as we had discussed initially. Bruce spent probably 45 minutes going over all the features of MyFord touch, Sirus Radio, the navigation system and how to use voice activation. This was the best new car purchase experience I've ever had and that includes 1 BMW and 2 Mercedes' as well as a handfull of other cars.
