Working with Erich Moeller was a new experience compare to other dealers I've been to and whom I've spoke to. This is my 6th brand new vehicle. I wasn't happy with non of the purchases I made, seems like to other dealers I've been to and whom I've spoke to. This is my 6th brand new vehicle. I wasn't happy with non of the purchases I made, seems like they rushed me. Especially the last vehicle I had that I traded. I was lied to with the last vehicle. I know I changed my mind with Erich 3 times but he gave me what I wanted. I just wanted to leave with a happy face on like the Croton Auto Park used to say on their commercial. "Which I'm Proud Of My Purchase" One thing I noticed about Erich was that I was walking around the whole lot for an hour and not one single soul came and checked if I needed help. Like other dealers would have tackle me down. I don't know if it was because of my appearance because I was not dress properly. But those who saw me and didn't bother didn't realize that I am one of those who makes over 100K a year. But Erich was the first face that came up to me, he introduced himself. That's when I gave him my final pick. And we went from there. Thanks Erich, Will do business again in two years..... More

I had a coupon for a free oil change so I thought I would take advantage of the free service even though it's out of my way. I made an appointment via their website and when I showed up a couple of minutes early I was told by the service writer that it would beat least an hour before they could get me in. I asked about the appointment time I had made and got a blank stare in response. He offered to make an appointment for another time but my work schedule doesn't lend itself to great flexibility. I went to another dealer located closer to my home and they got me right in. Not a good way for a service department to make a first impression. Why offer appointments and inconvenience customers?
