Brought vehicle in for oil change, and state inspection, rotate and balance of tire and air filter change. Service writer on duty was not very assisting asked for courtesy, shuttle or transportation. Writer told us that he did not know the answer to the question. He did not take any effort to look or get the answer. Had to go to a different department to ask about courtesy shuttle. All interactions from service writer to customer service rep seemed as if they didn’t want to be there or work there the nicest employee there was a gentleman that gave us a ride to our next location. Prices for service seemed a little high I questioned the pricing I was given an answer of prices are just high no real explanation. We will not be taken our vehicles back to this location for service or trade-in.. More

Dealership was very helpful with dropping off my daughter’s car unannounced and diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed in a timely manner.
