I contacted Bill Talley Ford via email to get a price on a truck on their website. I was contacted by Josh Koopman approx 2 hours after my request. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his "not pushy" attitude. Josh honored my request of "no phone calls" up until the point where I had committed to buying the truck. We drove 2.5 hours on a Friday afternoon to go pick up the truck and trade my old one in. When my wife and I arrived my truck was out front and ready to go as I had requested. Josh met us at the door and was very pleasant and had everything completed as far as he could prior to our arrival. The overall "deal" took about 2 hours which included trade-in and fianance. The finance took about the longest which was expected and Josh Williams took excellent care of us and filled us in on some options that we were not aware of. All said and done we were very impressed with all services. Josh Koopman even took the time (after he was off the clock) to sync my phone and set our home destination in the GPS. More
