I had some issues with my previous service. Long story short, several lug nuts on my van mistreated and the wheel studs broke. The entire wheel hubs on the passenger side had to be replaced. I’ve never had to complain about service on one of my vehicles before. Not only was it fixed, but it was at no cost to me. I wish I had not had the original issue, but things happen. Crystal was very helpful. They gave me a loaner while I waited at Christmas which went a long way towards changing my experience to a much more positive one. I really appreciate Bill Talley Ford taking responsibility for the issue. More
