Came in for service and asked for several things to be done, they were able to fix some but not others and fixed items that were not asked for. Late on completing work because they "were busy." This is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from this dealership. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. No "high pressure" sales pitch and they go out of their way to make sure from this dealership. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. No "high pressure" sales pitch and they go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. They keep the customer updated and apologize for any delays (even those they have no control over!!). Dan and Jerry both made sure we did not "settle" on a car, but were able to drive home in a car that had everything we wanted. Dan showed us many options and provided excellent suggestions. Just can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership!!! More
