I called and couldn't get into my car and since I lived not too far from the Dealership Deana sent a tech (Javier) to help figure out why I couldn't get into my car. Good service, friendly customer service rep. I appreciate they honored a competitor's coupon for service work, but the price was still more than I had hoped to spend for the service. One thing I was taken back about is that at the time I made the appointment, I was told I could have a loaner vehicle. When I dropped my car off, there was no loaner vehicle available. I would recommend this dealer for service and will definitely go back here when purchasing another vehicle. More

Came in for service and asked for several things to be done, they were able to fix some but not others and fixed items that were not asked for. Late on completing work because they "were busy." This is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from this dealership. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. No "high pressure" sales pitch and they go out of their way to make sure from this dealership. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. They keep the customer updated and apologize for any delays (even those they have no control over!!). Dan and Jerry both made sure we did not "settle" on a car, but were able to drive home in a car that had everything we wanted. Dan showed us many options and provided excellent suggestions.
