Have below 43,000 miles, the toe rod needs replaced it’s leaking power steering fluid. I told them this and sent a pic. I knew I was out of warranty but they made it sound like maybe they could push it thro leaking power steering fluid. I told them this and sent a pic. So I went, what they really wanted was to give me a second quote and then get me to have it fixed there. Could have done that over the phone. I drove from Lakewood to hear they want $3500. Waste of time, money, and gas. Won’t be back!! More
Very disappointed in the wait time for an oil change. My vehicle sat at check in for two hours before it was ever touched my maintenance. |April 3, 2026 Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan Review On March 31, 2026 my wife and I went to Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan Dealership to look at potentially purchasing a Nissan Pathfinder. We had already b March 31, 2026 my wife and I went to Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan Dealership to look at potentially purchasing a Nissan Pathfinder. We had already been to another dealer ship and my wife drove the Pathfinder and had them prepare pricing for us. We received a recommendation from a local Ford Dealership to visit Bill Korum's to check pricing as they had a good inventory of Pathfinders and their Dealership had a great reputation of building a loyal customer base due to their customer service and customer satisfaction. Upon arriving at the dealer ship we were warmly greeted by Jimmy Shinyeda and Jonathan Sanchez. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable about the Pathfinder we were looking to purchase and all its detailed features, performance, and warranty. The process of getting down to pricing (invoice price and available rebates) was one of the absolute best purchasing experiences we have ever lhad (neither of us are spring chickens and as such have purchased many vehicles over the course of our lives). High Points of Our Experience: 1.The friendliness of the en tire dealership staff. Most dealer ship's staffin g we have visited seem to be "walkin g in their sleep" leaving one feel as though the job they perform or the atmosphere they work in is drudgery 2. Iotal Transpareny: Invoice pricing provided, manufacturer rebates available and addition al finer points in working with their Finan ce person, (Dustin Corcoran), on additional warranties and vehicle protections plans. 3.No Haggling over Pricing: The pricing that was provided was significan tly lower than the initial pricing we received for the same vehicle from the other dealership where my wife test drove the Pathfinder. There was absolutely no negotiation to be had. What a breath of fresh air! I was truly (as a procurement professional) prepared for such a discussion! Neither the Sales staff nor the Finance Manager were pushy at any tim e. was extremely impre ssed with Dustin and his personality (friendlin ess, product knowledge and other ownership benefits as a customer of Bill Korum). Most Finance staffing I have worked with in the past have been pushy with a lrather strictly business personality! Other Customer Perks: Benefits of free oil changes, tire rotation, lifetime vehicle washing and vacuuming, and at cost ancillary parts. The staff made us aware of Bill's gratitude and caring about our Military personnel and represented that caring wellin their treatment of us even before we were verbally made aware of his feelings for our military brothers and sisters. I am a disabled military veteran and was pleased to find out that there are people out there that make their support known not just through words, but through their actions. I am so impressed with the Bill Korum's Puyallup Nissan Dealership and its staff that I called Jonathan back and requested he start doing some research on a pick-up truck that I intend to purchase early next year. Being a procurement person, my kudos to Mr. Korum for establishing a business model that provides a no pressure situation for its employees and its customers alike. Itis reflected in a happy staff and a happy customer! There are two ways to appro ach a business: 1) price to get as much as you can from each individual transaction and pressure your staff and customer's to make your money (usually resulting in a lower volume of business) or; 2) price to drive volume and make your profit on the volume as opposed to the individual unit price. If it were my business I would run it the same way that Bill K orum's seems to be doing.
