This was my first visit to the service department for my new Subaru CrossTrek. Having already made the appointment by phone, I did not have long to wait, I was told to pull my car into the bay and directe new Subaru CrossTrek. Having already made the appointment by phone, I did not have long to wait, I was told to pull my car into the bay and directed inside to speak to a service rep. Although there was a short wait, I was greeted while waiting and told they would be with me shortly. The service rep. was efficient and let me know what work was to be performed and answered all my questions and was able to give me an estimate for how long it would take. Since I had a ride, I did get to use the waiting area but it looked new and spacious. I was texted and called when my car was ready and they were able to complete it in the time they said they would. And to my surprise, I was told my first service was free! 😀 All in all, I would recommend this Subaru Service Center. More
