Had complete opposite experience from above poster. Bill Knight is a stand-up guy who honored his every word in the transaction process. I dealt with he and my salesman, Ed Collins when I bought my pickup. Knight is a stand-up guy who honored his every word in the transaction process. The owner bill Knight is one of the most arrogant and egotistical people I have ever been around. I would not recommend doing business with Bill Knight Ford to my worst enemy. Talking to Knight was one o egotistical people I have ever been around. I would not recommend doing business with Bill Knight Ford to my worst enemy. Talking to Knight was one of the most unpleasant business transactions I have ever done in my entire life. My advice, go elsewhere for Ford purchases. There is pleanty of competition, where the customer with a problem is treated with respect like a fellow human being. More
