Never again will I drive another vehicle that needs to be Fixed Or Repaired Daily. My first ford expedition I purchased through military sales in Korea in 2008, no problems. This one, while driving on cruise control back to Ft. Sam Houston, TX, the truck would suddenly slam on the brakes as if something was in the road, there wasn’t. Scared the xxxx out of me. There was a recall for this issue, I took it to a ford dealer in San Antonio, and they told me the truck had already been in for that, and they would not fix the problem. I traded the vehicle, as is, for a Chevy. The next problem I purchased was from patriot auto group in Chandler, OK , never buy a used vehicle from them. Either they did know they sold me a flood damaged vehicle, or they didn’t know that they received a flood damaged vehicle, A 2017 f150 limited, which I thought was a good deal. Well, it took eight weeks to try to get the driver’s side running board to work properly. I finally had to call the little red head guy (one of the owners) to get the dealer to install new aftermarket running boards. This same truck, while driving, ALL the electronic warning lights, headlights, signals and radio would start flashing off and on, the horn stopped working and the truck would shut off while driving, all I could do was to roll to a safe spot to pull over and stop and still does not work. So, I took the truck to bill knight ford and they charged me $4000+ to fix this issue, so I thought. They told me something had leaked and caused the damage. After I received my truck, I drove for about 2 ½ weeks and the same thing happened. No worries right, just take it back and have them correct it right, it was paid for. Well, bill knight ford called me and told me it would cost $11,000 to repair. WHAT?! I paid you $4000 to repair it, nope! After I put up a fuss about the work being guaranteed I was told, “OK, we’ll discount what you have already paid”, what? What have I paid already? Well bill knight was going to discount the four grand I had paid them to fix the problem, again, I was told that they would knock $4000 from the $11000 cost to repair what I had already paid them for and what they supposedly fixed. I called progressive to file a claim and to make a long story short, progressive insurance told me my truck was not covered because I purchased progressive insurance in Texas so that progressive would not cover the repair in Oklahoma. Progressive also informed me that the windshield had been replaced. I still have the truck and I AM going to sell it, AS IS, just like I did with the platinum and if anyone gets injured due to the faultiness of the vehicle, it’ll be on ford, I have proof that I tried to fix it and my truck was found on road dead! More

As a parting gift an AC system that has never not worked. Perfectly. All of a sudden does not work at all. Hmm. He says I know what is wrong. It's a coincidence. It went out sometime when it was sitting here for 2 months. Or maybe the instant she stopped driving it. Or. Now check this out. While she was driving home she tried to turn on the air but mistakingly opened the rear door which caused her to panic so she opened the hood, the hood flew open, a resident of the ISS 5 hours ago dropped a thimble of air, which crashed into her AC system destroying everything. Took my truck in on a Thursday, and had to call on Tuesday to find out where it was. Then I was told they were going to try to get to it that day with 3 in front of me. Which means another day. I specifically asked what the difference was between a base model and a premium. He said let me check and went inside to check. He came back out and he told me that upgrading to the premium provided extended range. I based my ENTIRE purchase decision on this detail. This was not the case. The premium vehicle I purchased does not have the extended range. Please do not trust their salesmen and just drive to Tulsa if you need a Ford. More
Have dealt with Bill Knight Ford for over 20 years. Never had issues, always going out of their way to find me exactly what I wanted or needed. They have really increased their service department. We have loved Bill Knight Ford for many years, but over the last 3 years they have declined considerably in their service department. it has now gotten to the point where they are largely unavailable for e the last 3 years they have declined considerably in their service department. it has now gotten to the point where they are largely unavailable for even a quick oil change. Recently, we called about a check engine light warning on my truck. we were given an appt for over 2 weeks away,. When the appt time came, we were told it would be another 3 to 5 business days to have it diagnosed. What was the appt for? Certainly not to be given another 3 to 5 days without the vehicle, just for diagnosis. We decided to try another Ford service department. Got it in in a timely manner, they had a diagnosis the next day, fixed the problem and we were on our way. Bill Knights service department used to be top of the list. It is now a place we dont ever intend to take our vehicles to again. Just not worth the hassle we have experienced time and time again over the last 3 years. There was a time that we were willing to go somewhere else to buy our next vehicle and our positive Bill Knights service department experiences made us reconsider. Now there isnt even a reason to go back to them for the purchase of a new car. So disappointed as we have been with them for many years. but after the service departments performance time and time again, being so bad, it leaves me with little choice. I sent a complaint to Bill Knight, outlining all of these problems. What I received was a phone call from a salesperson saying they understand I wanted to talk about a new car. Wow!!! More

Lee and Chris did an outstanding job getting me in and out. The ladies handling the Loaner also were top notch. Everyone I had contact with bent over backwards to take care of me all the way down to the out. The ladies handling the Loaner also were top notch.
