Great experience at Bill Jacobs BMW. Christian Johnson was fantastic through the entire process. He was informative and not overbearing as I explored my options early in the year. After the order was in, he kept me updated through the months. Delivery was the best part, of course, with me finally getting my car. Yet Christian added to it, creating a great experience. Call out to the whole team, but also wanted to say April Gutierrez, the Finance Manager was extremely prepared, and incredibly pleasant. Big thumbs up. Ps. The car itself is just perfect :- ) More
