Unbelievably bad customer service from a BMW dealership. They eventually refused to process the EV tax credit in the IRS website and told me to give them a couple of days to click a box. I picked up the same car down the street at Old Orchard Nissan 2 hours later. If you don't want to sell the car, then don't waste my time! More
