A week into use the transmission is running so hot it fried several sensors, dashboard screen doesn’t work, cruise control doesn’t work, dash cam only works under specific conditions, and can’t use the steering wheel buttons. Everything looked fine online and with the carfax. Even looked at it before buying. Messaged the sales rep I dealt with Devan who I’ve been communicating with and was told he’d get with the sales manager Lenny. It’s like pulling teeth getting a response back from him and apparently Lenny is the world’s busiest sales manager. Was told that they can’t fix everything wrong with the truck. I guess they didn’t think it was good business to be honest before selling this lemon. BUYERS BEWARE. Take a second look they’ll also buff this page with fake 5 star reviews to drive up the rating. Since I’ve put this reviews they’ve posted 10+ fake five stars reviews on Google. Truly pathetic; really putting the slimy car salesman stereotype out for everybody to see. More
Horrible dealing with Dustin. He listed a vehicle for said price, I agreed to buy it and gave him my information for a pre approval on a loan. He informed me the price has changed (gone up 3k) and I was still going to be able to purchase it at the original price. He ran my credit through 3 lenders and contacted me saying I was approved. I began to drive to the dealer, and was informed 30m later the vehicle wasn’t ready, it’s still in service. I offered to come and sign papers and pick up after or can just come the next day and do it all at once, to save multiple 2 hour trips. He said next day was fine. Next day, no contact until after noon and I reached out first. He said the vehicle would be out of service shortly and that the price has gone up 2k more. I still agreed to come and look at the vehicle in person and purchase it since I had already been approved for the loan, through his lenders. I began to drive towards the dealership again, and 20m into the trip I was informed that his GM had sold the vehicle to someone else. Bill Hood Ford in Hammond is absolute trash and does not honor the prices they list, or their word for someone traveling to purchase a vehicle from them. More

So it was Saturday at 1:30 and we discovered we had a mechanical issue on our F-350 that was a cause for concern. We were leaving on a long trip the next day which was a Sunday.
