Every time the car goes in for an oil change it ends up coming out with lugs missing. Yesterday there were 7 missing and 3 loose. We called and were told it was being looked into and that someone would be coming out with lugs missing. Yesterday there were 7 missing and 3 loose. Mark Johnston and the entire Service Department did a fantastic job with my truck. The part needed was on back-order through no fault of their own, but they bent over backwards to accommodate me and mak fantastic job with my truck. I would like info regarding the class action lawsuit regarding faulting transmissions being sold for years by GM. It’s something that GM should make right with its customers since I had 2 issues now.
