I was greeting as soon as I entered the service advisors area. The gentleman that assisted was prompt, courtesy and showed me around the customer waiting area. Although I was 30 minutes early for my oil cha area. The gentleman that assisted was prompt, courtesy and showed me around the customer waiting area. Although I was 30 minutes early for my oil change and rotation, I was out of there within the hour. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Please let my service advisor (didn’t get his name) know that I was very satisfied and I would like to deal with him and Bill Hood again!! Much better than the other dealer where I take my car to.
