Very pleased with Andrew Reeves. Good salesman, explained everything that needed. Was on spot with the vehicles we were looking at and very helpful all the way thru to the end. I went to see a car that was listed online but had limited photos. When I got there I was greeted by Grant. Grant got the car for me to look at and test drive. He proceeded to tell us how usually a ca limited photos. When I got there I was greeted by Grant. Grant got the car for me to look at and test drive. He proceeded to tell us how usually a car of that year goes to auction but because the car was checked out and in superior condition after being inspected by the service dept, they kept it on the lot to sell. He proceeded to tell us that during a sales meeting they rant and raved about how great this car was so they were keeping it to sell. Later to find out during the buying process, during the signing of papers, he informed us the car would need to be left overnight because it had NOT been through the used car check in the service department. We agreed to purchase the car and would also have to bring the car back that weekend for the windshield to be replaced since it had multiple cracks and would not pass brake tag inspection. Prior to finishing signing the paperwork to purchase the car, Grant was out on the lot assisting another potential buyer and left us inside without thanking us or formally handing us off to another person. We did not see him again after agreeing to make the purchase. We waited inside for finance to finish the process with us. We left the car overnight for the service department to check the car and do anything that needed to be done. We did not hear back from Grant the next day so I called the dealership to see if the car was ready. Grant said the car was ready so my wife went to pick it up. When she arrived the car was not ready and she had to wait about 30 minutes. We dropped off the car at 8:30 am Saturday to get the windshield replaced. We waited all day and did not get an update or status on the car. At about 5 pm we called the dealership to see if the car was ready. They informed us the car was ready for pick up. I drove to the dealership and Grant gives me the keys, stating he did not know where the car was parked and walks me to the door to venture out into the parking lot alone to find the car and he stayed in the building. I walked the entire parking lot in the heat trying to find the car. I finally find the car and there is no brake tag. I walk back into the dealership and Grant is with a customer. As I am waiting to speak to Grant, I am approached by a sales guy. He asked me if he could help. I tell him I am waiting to ask Grant a question. Since Grant is busy I tell him I need a brake tag. They had the car all day and it is still not ready. He responds well I didn't know anything about that, but the brake tag is in the envelope. I explain that I need someone to put it on and it should have been done as I was told the car was ready. The sales guy, Brad Pitt, says well you don't have to be an IDIOT about it. I ask him what he said and he repeats it again. At this point, I am irritated about the customer service received and exchange words with Brad. He continues to make comments to me, stating he's not afraid of me and to do something. Grant then comes out and put the brake tag on and made no conversation, just put the sticker on and walked away. The car is dirty inside from the windshield being replaced. There is spray marks, tiny particles of glass and dust all over the dashboard. This review is on the customer service provided by sales and not the service department as I did not communicate directly with anyone in the service dept. More
