We tried a few vehicles, the one we liked had some small mechanical issues that the dealer said they'd fix. Brought the car back to the shop, that's when the communication stopped. No one would tell us where they were up to and no one would answer their phone or return messages. The finance guy even told us they don't like selling cars to people like us because we were from out of town, and they like the ability to service the vehicles. Long story short, we found the right vehicle, it got fixed before we left, but we will never buy from Bill Dodge again. More

Brought my vehicle in for its 1st service appointment. Staff seemed efficient, informative, and friendly. My only suggestion is to leave the driver’s seat settings intact.
