Bill Dodge Nissan

Been going here for .... 5 or 6 years now. For all my cars. Ford,Caddie, Infiniti. PROs: Service guys are all legit. Of course they are good at catching stuff during oil changes. But they have never pressured me to get anything fixed. Their prices seem on par with other dealers. I tried going to another dealer when I switched to my caddie just to stay with a dealer that made my car and they failed. So back to Bill Dodge I go. I don't bother looking elsewhere. So they deal with my Ford now. They wash your car at oil changes. They used to send out 10 off coupons which is always nice. Haven't seen one in a while. They are by the book for stickers so, if you're looking for a thorough inspection. . . With that said. CONs: They failed me for my aftermarket tint because I didn't have it certified legal. And there was a small rust hole starting in the subframe of my Caddie they never mentioned. It wasn't dangerous. It was just an observation I wish they had filled me in on so I knew what was happening under there before it was an actual expensive problem. Takeaway: I still go there and trust that my car is always done right. Thanks guys. More
