Waste of time Had an appt for inspection for my 2017 Tucson. Arrived early and was disappointed to see that NO ONE was wearing a mask including staff and customers Had an appt for inspection for my 2017 Tucson. Arrived early and was disappointed to see that NO ONE was wearing a mask including staff and customers in waiting room. In addition to inspection I wanted my rear wiper replaced, my tire pressure corrected (display on dash showed low and uneven pressure in tires) and an explanation for my brake light which remains on even after brake is released. After over 50 minutes my car and keys were returned and the service person said I needed a part for the brake light issue but it wasn't in stock. He said the part would probably be in within a few days. He did not say that they had not done anything on my to do list. The first clue was that on my drive home, the tire pressure display came on showing the same imbalance and low pressure. I called the dealership but had to leave a message. When I got home I discovered the same old wiper blade and no new inspection sticker. I immediately called Rowe Hyundai and scheduled the same service. Have never had my time wasted there. Will not be returning to this dealer again. More
