They are all very people friendly and at no point did I feel pressured to buy. They worked with us in every aspect to get us down to our desired payment. I requested a last minute vehicle accessory and they were very accommodating and timely. Also, due to being an out of state buyer, there were a number of issues that had to be dealt with, John and Stephanie Kirkpatrick provided excellent help. They took my bazillion phone calls and responded promptly with the needed information. Bottom line, I was extremely please with the service, the people, and my shiny new Veracruz :) great dealership! The General Manager looked at my trade-in gave me an initial “NO Pressure” price for buying a new Sonata. He then contacted another buyer who buys hi-mileage vehicles and the General Manager then raise the trade-in price making a good deal a better one. I appreciate the effort. The Office manager offered me a good loan without pressure even though I paid cash. I wasn’t sure I was going to buy the car but with the simple offers and no heavy pressure made it easy to say YES.
