I am extremely mad at this dealership... Appx 1 month ago my Uncle Harry Fain came to this place and came home with a new car... He is 81 years old and has full dementia.. There is no way the sales people could not have known... Now he ha a 500.00 payment that he has no way to take care of...Harry was a 35 year employee of General Motors and has retired from there... It pisses me off that all the sales people wanted was a sale from an old man that isnt capable of making decisions.... I am his niece and have POA... I will be consulting a lawyer about this... Shame on these people for taking advantage of old people there in Florida.. More

My husband and his parents were customers when Bill Buck Sr. opened his business in the late 1950s. Throughout the years, many vehicles have been purchased - both cars and trucks. Whenever service was needed, this was always done to their satisfaction. The good service has continued with me. including my most recent visit. The Service People are always very polite and professional. I will continue to come to this dealership. Had picked out a car, was ready to go, however a hitch could not be installed so we found a car with a hitch already installed better than my first choice, got it ready quickly, was great on the deal very fair, very straight forward and honest, can't beat the deal I got, finance was exceptional have worked with Rafael on 3 vehicles hope to work with him again always a great experience. This is my 7th Bill Buck new car buy, won't be my last. Service department also exceptional have done all my service work at Bill Buck since 2004 including 30,000 mile service a week ago. Everyone treats you like a valued customer. Kevin service manager is great provides options finds you when he needs you to make a decision doesn't make decisions for you, Sherrell cashier worked with her many times always a pleasure. No stars was 5 months at the time of review, NOW IT IS 9!! Terrible, all handshakes and smiles at time of purchase, but when there is a problem with the car, they become totally different.
