Why can't I put ZERO stars? Buyer BeWare if you go to this dealership. They lie and refuse to accept that I did not want several add ons with my new car. Leon the finance manger distracts you from readin this dealership. They lie and refuse to accept that I did not want several add ons with my new car. Leon the finance manger distracts you from reading the paperwork by asking xxxxxxxx questions and rushes the paperwork to rip you off. He lies by saying you have to get gap insurance and other add ons costing over 5K to get a lower interest rate as much money as possible This is just the first of many reviews to come. More
I've been searching for a truck all over the US. The new builds are taking months and I lost my previous truck due to a buyback. I contacted Sales and spoke to a salesman who told me they don't take deposits on vehicles and that if I show proof of a plane ticket that would be enough to secure this truck for me. As it got closer to when the truck was arriving I contacted the salesman again to make sure it was not spoken for. He told me it wasn't and I asked to double check. He said he'd speak to his Manager to verify. After hearing the manager on speaker say its available and should be arriving any day. The next day I was called by the salesman stating they found out it was a custom order and that its not available. The Window Sticker didn't state custom order ( which they do ). Fast forward to 3 weeks ago. I saw another F250 en route that I inquired with the same Salesman to find out if that was available. He said it is, its not a custom order and since they screwed me on the last one they would take a deposit. I asked for something in writing, but all I got was a picture of the window sticker with my name on it. This window sticker also didn't state custom order. I placed a $500 deposit on this F250 was assured it was mine. Last week the salesman texted me a picture of the truck at this dealership. I said I can show proof of a one way car rental that would be dropped off at a car rental business located next to this dealer. He said it wasn't needed. An hour after this occurred he calls me and tells me that this truck is a special order ( which it isn't, again its stated on the window sticker if its dealer ordered or custom ) and that I will get my deposit back the following day. I'd be hesitant to deal with this place, twice I've been lied to and led on by some shady people. The owner was left 2 messages for a call back and we never received one. If this is how this place does business I'd be looking elsewhere. Who knows what other shady business goes on here. More

I took my 03 6.0 f350 in to Bill Brandt ford about a small oil leak.It cost me $180.00 to be told it was leaking everywhere including the bedpan which requires the removal of the motor.They gave me an e small oil leak.It cost me $180.00 to be told it was leaking everywhere including the bedpan which requires the removal of the motor.They gave me an estimate of over $7000.00 which is what it cost to do that repair.I didn't do it because it only leaked a quarter size spot on the driveway after driving it so.When I got back home to AZ.I had a mechanic fix the leak,it was my high pressure oil pump and it cost $1200.00.A lot of money still.In fairness after I went back and complained to the service manager,I think his name is Dave he was going refund my money. Dave made another appointment for a different issue the lazy mechanic lied about,then covid derailed it.I'll never go back. Bob More
