Since 1955, Bill Black Chevrolet Cadillac has built a reputation on providing courteous, honest service. Our customers appreciate the way we do business, and we know you will too. Bill Black Chevrolet Cadillac is in its third generation of leadership. It was founded by Bill Black II in 1955 on E Market Street in the heart of downtown Greensboro. They moved to the current location at 601 E Bessemer Avenue in 1966. At that time the dealership was Black Cadillac Oldsmobile. Bill Black III was named Dealer Principal of the dealership in 1984 and purchased North State Chevrolet in 2004 after the phase out of the Oldsmobile franchise.

I'm sorry your service visit did not meet your expectations. Just a reminder, we are not a quick lube. We perform thorough checks on the vehicles that visit us for service and give customers opportunities to make those repairs if they choose to. Sometimes these visits are a little faster, sometimes they are a little longer; you should anticipate a 2-hour wait for this process to happen. I looked at the time log of your visit, and you were here 1 hour and 40 minutes.
