We bought a new 2010 Mazda 3 at Biggers last year, and overall, it was a great experience. Marco Palacios was very responsive, offered the best internet quote by almost $400, there were no surprises w overall, it was a great experience. I walked into the dealership and was greeted quickly but with no pressure. Marco was calm and inviting , not hurried and pushy . I purchased three new cars from another dealer over the years and even as a repeat customer , I didn't get the respect I received at Bigger's. From the knowledge of the vehicles , to working to get me exactly which one I wanted , Marco was top notch. Chuck (finance) was fine with me saying I wanted no options or add-ons with my vehicle, he didn't try to persuade me in any way. (I did buy the extended warranty ) As long as Mazda makes vehicles I am interested in I will go back to Biggers Mazda for my next car. I will also tell anyone I know to go there, they will get treated fair and with respect. I was so pleased with the honesty and purchase experience with Biggers Mazda. I sent a request to 4 dealers asking for their best price for the Mazda 3. One was nice but their price was way out of line. 2 were just wanting you to come in so they could put the pressure sale on you and then there was Biggers Mazda. Marco did just as I requested and got back to me right away with their BEST price which was lower than the others. We set a date and time to come in and things went so smoothly. We are die hard Mazda owners and when the time comes will be purchasing our next new Mazda from Biggers. Right after that I referred my sister to another Biggers dealership to purchase her new vehicle. More

Steve Kershaw and his Entire Service Team is why we will always come back! That says alot when you can Trust your Service Dept with your Repairs. I never have to be Concerned that I'm spending too much on a Repair or that the repair is actually, a needed Repair? I know if Steve K and his team say I need to have Service done to one of our Vehicles, I know it is legit and should be taken care of. That says it All for us! Trust, Quality, and No Waiting. Owner satisfaction is shown through everything they do. This is my second car from Bigger's Mazda. Bought my 2008 Mazda 3 from Jonathan Sammons with the supplier purchase program. They did all the service work on the car from day 1. Every oil change and tire rotation. Also took care of the warranty work with no problems. Best service department hands down. Was looking at 2011 Mazdaspeed 3 when I brought my car in for service one day. Worked with Brian and Ron the sales manager on the deal. No pressure at all. Told them I was comparing it to the Subaru WRX. They let me take the time to research and compare; again with no pressure. In the end they gave me more for my 2008 with 69k miles on it then I expected. And made sure they worked the cost of the car to meet my monthly payment requirements. The finance process was exactly the same as I experienced when buying my 2008. Ron explained EVERY DETAIL of the purchase and took the time to answer my question about financing. I bought the car in winter. The car came with summer tires only. Ended up purchasing a winter tire and wheel package from Steve (service manager) at the same price I would have paid at tirerack.com. They even came and dropped off my stock wheels for the 2011 and picked up the stock wheels for my 08. More

My husband and I bought a 2008 Mazda 3, five-door from Biggers. We were told it was in great shape, we got the car fax, we thought we were buying a great car! WRONG! They rushed us through the car buying process, and since we've gotten the car home, we have had nothing but problems. First, the ENTIRE engine guard was missing. Now, this thing is huge, it covers the engine from wheel to wheel under the car, and it was GONE. Although the car was still under the bumper to bumper warranty Biggers made us pay for the new part, and they KNEW it was gone when they sold it to us. And now, less than three months after we bought the car, the engine light came on. I thought maybe it was a reminder to check the car around 40k miles; we are at 37k. Wrong again! An oxygen sensor for emissions is off and it's going to cost over $600. I will never buy from Biggers Mazda, Subaru... Anything again. And if I am ever asked about my car buying experience I will tell the truth of the horrible time I had. STAY AWAY! You're only asking for trouble. More
