No it was a one star. Poor communication ( not reading my messages and despite calling twice and requesting a call, no call was received). I specifically asked for the hea Poor communication ( not reading my messages and despite calling twice and requesting a call, no call was received). I specifically asked for the headlight to be replaced multiple times and that did not happen. Also I never received or text that my car was ready. I had to call and protest in order to get my car before Tuesday. Adrian did call on Tuesday oblivious to the fact that I picked my car up on Saturday. I have always taken my car to the dealership in Rosenberg but since moving to Manvel your dealership is closer . More

I came in to get an oil change and car wash, I was not pleased! I noticed scratches on my hood, the car didn't look like it got a car wash they just took my mats out and dust them.
