Service Department is terrible I made an appointment for a Friday when I get there they tell me they are backed up with no loaner vehicles and was told to come back that following T I made an appointment for a Friday when I get there they tell me they are backed up with no loaner vehicles and was told to come back that following Tuesday. When I arrive on Tuesday the service representative Scott had no idea why I was there when he was the one that told me to come back that day.
