I took my truck in for normal routine maintenance and it had a couple of recalls. That was done properly and without a problem. I had also taken it in for a couple of other issues, and they weren't fixed. W had a couple of recalls. That was done properly and without a problem. When I picked my truck up, I knew that it hadn't been taken care of, so I called my advisor (Andrea) outside to let her know the issues were still there. She told me to give her a couple of days so she could prepare a loaner for me, and that it would be prioritized and she would let her service manager know about the situation. Well, two weeks went by and didn't hear a word, so I called and she had completely forgot about me. Then it was the same sad story about giving her a couple of days and they would get it done asap. That's been almost two weeks now and nothing yet. So in all, it's been almost a month that I've been waiting to get my truck back in and I haven't heard anything from anyone. More

I previously had a windshield camera recorder installed which plugs into the pcm. I went in for an oil change and a recall repair.
