Was told the cabin air filter and my engine air filter needed to be changed when they didn’t because I changed them 2 months ago. Also the lazy technician didn’t add the washer fluid so my wife has been o needed to be changed when they didn’t because I changed them 2 months ago. Also the lazy technician didn’t add the washer fluid so my wife has been out of washer fluid for 2 to 3 weeks. I’m going to fill it up when I get home. Does anyone supervise the technicians??? More

On 09/24/2024, I took my 2015 Buick Enclave into your dealership to get the driver side airbag replaced. I was notified that the part was in and scheduled a day and time to bring my car to the dealership dealership to get the driver side airbag replaced. I was notified that the part was in and scheduled a day and time to bring my car to the dealership. When I arrived I told the gentleman who checked me in why I was there. I sat for 2 hours before the service person came to tell me that they didn’t have the part for my car. I was told that the part would be ordered and it should be in 3 days and I would a text. More than one month has passed, I have not heard from the dealership. I have tried for several months to get the airbag replaced. I left three messages on a complaint phone number and I have heard from anyone. More
