I went to get an oil change since bought the three oil change deal. The service guy that helped me was curt and said I needed an appointment and would not let me just sit there and wait. I know it is not change deal. The service guy that helped me was curt and said I needed an appointment and would not let me just sit there and wait. I know it is not a jiff lube so I was prepared to sit for 3 or 4 hrs that was not a problem for me to do. But he just keep saying can you drop it off very curtly to me twice. Then he looked at his computer and gave me some appointment times for me to pick. Why couldn't I have just waited was I not good enough to sit at the dealership.
