I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, but I feel the need to warn others. I took my car to Big Star Buick to change a few recalled parts. Before taking it to their shop, I had no leaks or problems. When I picked up the car, it started leaking and overheating. I immediately called Tim, the mechanic, and told him what was happening. He was rude and almost made it seem like I was lying. After several attempts to reach his manager, I finally spoke to someone named Chris who seemed genuine. He had me waste my time towing the car to the closest dealership where my car had stopped, saying he would work something out with them. After the diagnosis, he claimed it wasn’t their fault and refused to take responsibility. More

Our salesman, Brandon, was very nice. Got the vehicle we wanted for a pretty fair price once the hidden fee was taken care of for us. There were two things that needed to be fixed and we Got the vehicle we wanted for a pretty fair price once the hidden fee was taken care of for us. There were two things that needed to be fixed and we are still waiting almost three weeks later to get them taken care of because they, "had to order a part." But it wasn't ordered the day we were there and bought the vehicle and then they had to order it since they couldn't locate one in the area. That has been frustrating but Brandon has been in communication with us. Hopefully, this will be taken care of soon. More
