Great Service Dept I brought my GMC in with a miss fire problem. I WENT HERE LOOKING FOR AN SUV. THIS PLACE IS REALLY SMALL, BUT GREAT THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES. THE PEOPLE HERE WERE NICE, AND THEY EVEN LET ME MAKE PAYMENTS ON MY DOWNPAYMENT. Mr Aslam contacted me within 15 minutes of a brief online application that I submitted for a used vehicle. Within 45 minutes he was picking me up to look go look at vehicles since I currently did not have tr application that I submitted for a used vehicle. Within 45 minutes he was picking me up to look go look at vehicles since I currently did not have transportation. Upon arrival there were 2 vehicles waiting for us to be test driven in the styles that i had requested. After selecting a vehicle the employees made special efforts to accommodate and entertain with conversations and a fresh European coffee and a magazine while paperwork was being processed. During the whole process he never left me hanging, he always checked back in if a significant amount of time was starting to pass. They did not forget about my financial goals or specific vehicle requests. There was some bumps in my credit and financials but he did not let that get in the way of securing a slightly used great car that we like already. He honestly went above and beyond what I think any other dealership would have done. I'm glad I decided to do the online app on the website because I received outstanding service and support from the entire staff and I left feeling very content about my decisions and the vehicle. I was looking for a car for a long time and found this dealership through a friend that recommended it to me. I needed to find something reliable but I was very specific on what I wanted. I needed a Honda dealership through a friend that recommended it to me. I needed to find something reliable but I was very specific on what I wanted. I needed a Honda Accord for my daughter at the time but when I came in they didn't have one. Greg went out of his way to find one for me. The following week that had the silver Honda I needed and my daughter was excited. Thank you guys for going out of your way to satisfy your customers. Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership so far. Very unprofessional, not friendly one bit. Tells me one thing over the phone/email, when I get there it's completely different. It was an automatic/manual and she switches it over to manual, and rev's up the car as high as it could go so we were in a dead stop on bell rd. in the middle of the rain. Doesn't know how to work the windshield wipers, doesn't know how to turn on the air to get the fog off the window, nothing. After I told Greg I wasn't interested in the price i'd look around he dropped me and my family off at the front of the dealership and said OK! bye! Just completely rude. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I am thanking my lucky stars I didn't buy a car from here, that way I never have to deal with them. More
