Like the other user previously. Bought a PT Cruiser from them with reasonably low miles. Tons of issues within two day of buying the darn thing. Radio fuse blown. CV Joints busted, Transmission funky, funky them with reasonably low miles. Tons of issues within two day of buying the darn thing. Radio fuse blown. CV Joints busted, Transmission funky, funky noises and squeaks. My temp tag expired and I can't even get the real one. They said it passed emissions upon purchase. It has failed 4 consecutive times. I filed a review with the BBB, and I pray something comes of this. This was my first car purchase, and it has been ruined because of these guys. Greg, the skeezy Sales Manager (who made me sign a completely different contract after taking possession of the car) tells me to call him back constantly. They fixed one issue with my car (thermostat went bad immediately after buying it)and they received a list of other issues from my mechanic and downright refused. I have been so completely patient with these guys, and have reached my boiling point. If anyone has had issues with them, please contact me. I am soooo ok with filing a class action lawsuit. More
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a used car from Big Bell Auto Superstore because I was looking for a specific car, and they happened to have it. I didn't want to buy from a shady used car dealership, but the new car dealerships didn't have the car I was looking for at the time. I came to Big Bell Auto Superstore, and I should have been tipped off from the beginning. Their building has no air conditioning, their sales representative was sweating bullets and not professionally dressed at all, and the car I came to look at wasn't even cleaned before being put on the lot. I really wanted a Hyundai Elantra and they had one in the right price range for me, so I told them that if they cleaned it and fixed a few problems, I would buy it. I came back the next day to find the car semi-cleaned, but none of the other issues had been addressed. Because they gave me an OK price and gave me a WE OWE YOU document signed by the Sales Manager, I went ahead and bought the car with the promise that everything would be fixed. The car needed new windshield wipers, new visors, and some wires needed to be tucked back into the inside of the car that were hanging down by the pedals. I came back two weeks later, and they told me that they hadn't even ordered the visors yet. I told the sales manager, Tony, to order them and call me when they were in, and he told me that I WOULD HAVE TO CALL HIM TO REMIND HIM! Are you kidding? This is YOUR job!! I then became very busy at work, so I had my father start calling to check up on the visors. After at least a dozen phone calls and voicemails left, the Services Manager finally called my father back to tell him he would order the parts. My father asked to be given a call when they were in. He never got a call. Today he called back to check on the status of things, and Greg, the Services Manager, said, "oh yeah, they're in". So, I called this afternoon to double check and low and behold, NO, THEY ARE NOT IN. THEY ORDERED THE WRONG VISORS. To make matters worse, I bought the car THREE months ago and I still don't have a License Plate. I finally called the MVD and found out that they haven't even transferred the title into my name!!! WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND MISLEAD. More

Great overall car buying experience, they made it easier than I expected to buy my car with bad credit. I'm a victim of the economic downfall, I lost my job, and just recently back to work. I didn't think t than I expected to buy my car with bad credit. I'm a victim of the economic downfall, I lost my job, and just recently back to work. I didn't think that I could buy anything nice with my credit, but they were able to find a bank that would finance me. These guys are awesome! They did what they said they could do and didn't waste my time. I can't say enough good things about these guys. More
You would think dealing with the “Used Car Manager” that your experience would be at the very least reasonable. Not at 2020 Automotive Group, they have this bate and hook tactic they advertise these great p your experience would be at the very least reasonable. Not at 2020 Automotive Group, they have this bate and hook tactic they advertise these great prices on the internet but don’t be fooled, THEY ARE NOT REAL! The prices come in 3 to 5 grand higher still reasonable considering how low they are to begin with. However the customer service and lack of knowledge is a lot to be desired. With screaming between desk managers and salesmen, loosing our keys twice and taking 6 ½ hours to finalize a cash deal, I would never return or recommend this dealership to anyone. More
