Excellent customer service I specifically took the 40 minute drive here since their dealership had nearly perfect reviews and they clearly met my expectations. Kyler was one of I specifically took the 40 minute drive here since their dealership had nearly perfect reviews and they clearly met my expectations. Kyler was one of the kindest used car salesmen I’ve met in my 40 years of buying vehicles. They took the time and sincere effort to try and secure a loan for me given the unique situation I was in. I was trying to buy a car quickly to replace my car that had just been totaled and before the insurance company paid off the lien holder on my previous loan. Since I was not planning to purchase a car just weeks before Christmas and in the middle of moving, I really had no cash to put down. They still showed me a great car, with very low mileage and within my tight budget. Through no fault of theirs, since my credit was not great to begin with and showed an outstanding car loan, I was not able at that time to purchase a car from them. But after a few more days of gathering income information, I was able to secure a loan and purchase a great car in my hometown. Go see Kyler first if you’re looking to purchase a used car. More

Great service, great experience Brian, our sales consultant, was direct, made sure we got what we wanted. Great Dealership & Friendly People I was seeking a newer used Silverado with several specific wants and needs. I located the best choice at Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC (700 miles from my home in NC). Shawn worked with me several days (via text, email & calls) to complete the deal and answered all my questions regarding making a long distance purchase from out of state. Travis advised me regarding resolving some special financial arrangements that had to be completed at my end. When I arrived to pick up the Silverado, I was greeted by Shawn and a dealership of very friendly outgoing and courteous people. The truck was ready and waiting. The final paperwork for the purchase was completed and every thing was good-to-go. It it was a smooth process and I am completely pleased with the truck. We looked at three different used vehicles and Kyler helped point out the good and bad features on each one. We test drove two of the GMC's and decided right then which one we wanted.
