Don’t let the smaller facade fool you. I was greeted by my salesman Tom and was quickly given the opportunity to test drive my new car. Tom was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions. I was introduced to the sales manager Chris who valued my trade in. Chris was honest, informative, and straight to the point with my transaction. It was such a relief to deal with a sales manager that didn’t banter with you back and forth for hours, thus the difference when shopping at the larger dealerships. The transaction through sales with Tom, negotiating with Chris, and seamless financing took less than 2 hours. I was given the opportunity to drive my new car home at this point!
