We worked with Chris, who is excellent and very knowledgeable about vehicles and really took the time to review what we were looking for and go through the vehicles he had in the lot that would meet our needs and be the best value. Chris went out of his way to make all of us feel welcome and the kids even felt part of the buying experience. Chris talked Patriots stats with our son who is a huge fan! Before we knew it, we were test driving and passing our information along to Neil in financing who was also great to work with! He really took the time to find us the best rate. Communication between Chris and Neil was much different than at the dealerships where you meet with sales then are sent down the hall for finance. Everyone here looked like they were working as part of the same team. Chris even came out to help us transfer everything from our old truck to the new one! Excellent Chris was great, everyone involved was great. There was alittle problem with he truck ( I knew before I purchased it).
