Wow, extremely shady dealership. I was interested in purchasing a car and wanted to trade in as well. Met with a sales agent and received a quote for my trade in (a bit below other trade in quotes that purchasing a car and wanted to trade in as well. Met with a sales agent and received a quote for my trade in (a bit below other trade in quotes that I had received). I was moving through the process and let them know that I was going to be going through another bank for financing. It was at this point that I was informed that all financing must go through them. No exceptions. Thought that was strange, but applied for financing online. After a day I called to find out what the financing rate came in at. They said that the financing was set, but they do not discuss the interest rates over the phone. I explained to them that it was a long drive, and I didn't want to make the trip if their financing was not going to match what I had previously been quoted. The salesman said that they would get back to me "within an hour," but never heard back. Just called and they informed me that the car had been sold. Overall, just a very shady experience, from a place that has virtually zero integrity. You've been warned. More
