I felt we were dealt with honestly. The car was exactly as advertised, so there was no surprise about the price. Their website shows the price of the car plus $795 documentation fee. The car we looked at, even with the documentation fee, was priced much lower than at other dealerships. We were very pleased with our experience at BidCars Boston and with Chris Leitao! More
STAY AWAY! As soon as I said I was interested in a car the experience became xxxx! They tried to tack on extra money at every step. They held my car 10 days AF As soon as I said I was interested in a car the experience became xxxx! They tried to tack on extra money at every step. They held my car 10 days AFTER paying and blamed their “registration person”. When I complained they told me they left a message with her & was waiting to hear back, FOR 4 DAYS!! When I went there in person they told me they were waiting to hear back from her and refused to give me any contact info for her. When I kept calling I tried to reach “Neil” who is listed on their voicemail as their “registration” emp, I left more than 10 messages over 3 days and NEVER heard back. When I called looking for him the horrible employee named Marat said he wasn’t there until noon, then he was “at lunch” and then he had “just left for the day”. And said I could leave a voicemail if I “felt like it”. This is after I left 10+ messages. They told me their “paper work” charge was over $800! They tried to charge me extra for them “having to get me a new plate” after I had been told by insurance that my old plates were fine. PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE! More

My husband and I had a great experience working with BidCars Boston this morning, and we're now the proud owners of a new-to-us and reasonably priced Buick Encore. Pat had our car ready to go when we ar BidCars Boston this morning, and we're now the proud owners of a new-to-us and reasonably priced Buick Encore. Pat had our car ready to go when we arrived, and we appreciated his friendly and non-salesy demeanor. The family that took over the dealership in December 2021 is passionate about building strong customer relationships and following best practices for their transactions. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! More

My husband and I visited this dealership on 2/6. We found 2 trucks that we liked. One of which was in a great price range. We met with Damon who expressed he would get someone to help us as he didn't deal with sales. With that being said he helped my husband the entire time and had our current truck appraised while we test drove the Ford F250. During our drive we noted it needed a wheel bearing and an alignment. We wanted the truck as long as they could repair those 2 things. Damon expressed someone else is looking at the truck and would get back to us the following Tuesday 2/8. Monday 2/7 my husband followed up and they wanted to have him sign all paper work- they ran into some issues due to needing a pay stub and he said he would try to get it for them as we didnt have copies laying around. They expressed my husband was playing games- (we should have walked then) therefore my husband left after several hours. That evening Tom called and expressed he needed an insurance policy on the truck and they would finalize paperwork Tuesday 2/8 once the truck was fixed they would give him a call. My husband went back Tuesday 2/8 after he got an insurance policy on the truck brings all the paper work from the insurance company with him and of course it's not what they need. So- they waited several more hours- signed a "we owe" form for the alignment and check front right wheel bearing, but the work was supposedly complete. On the warranty form it explains if the car is in the shop for more than 5 hours they will supply you with a rental vehicle. 2/9 he called and explained the "we owe you" work wasnt done. Tom said take it to town fair tire they have an account there. 2/11 he went for the alignment- Town Fair Tire wasn't able to straighten the wheel due to the steering bolt is seized. Call the dealership again and explain. They said it need to go to the service center in Norwood. He calls to make the appointment and it has to go in 2/15. In the mean time on 2/12 the wheel bearing humming was back. He called Tom and of course just like the other reviews of their employees- Tom never answered or he was coming in late or on lunch. On 2/15 the truck went back for the "we owe you" work- technically for the second time. On 2/16 he picks up the truck and the steering wheel still is not straight even though it went for an alignment, but the wheel bearing was replaced. He called to explain the steering wheel again- they said take it to local town fair again. On 2/18 the "service advanced trac/ABS light came on. We called to explain. On Sunday 2/20 we notice the radiator was leaking a small bit. 2/22- after the holiday we call and of course no answer. Call a bit later explain more issues and that we need a loaner car this time as its going to be more than 5 hours. Tom explains the service center gives the loaner. ***Since when does a service center have loaner cars on a dealership warrenty*** Call the service center and explain the ABS light and on and leak and ask for a loaner car. The service center explained the loaner comes from the dealership and that he wanted the truck the following day due to the leak and since they've already touched it they have to keep fixing it UNDER THE LEMON LAW. 🍋 😑. No we haven't filed a claim yet as this is our 3rd time visiting the service in own our time per the Lemon Law. NEEDLESS TO SAY- we have had the truck for 3 weeks total and it's been to the shop 4 times and town fair tire 2 times (will be 3) since 2/8. I would would NEVER recommend driving a vehicle off their lot even if they were giving them away for free. BiD Cars Boston sell lemons for thousands. Grow your own. More
