When I came in with my sister.&nephew, Nathalie greeted us at the door,she was very friendly, and ask us how she could help us I told her what I was looking for she showed us the Malibu and explain greeted us at the door,she was very friendly, and ask us how she could help us I told her what I was looking for she showed us the Malibu and explain everything about the car, when it was time to talk about the price, she sat us down and explain about the sales and about how the leasing works. She was excelent in answering our questions, we felt very comfortable with her,and so I made the deal, on the day I pick up the car she had us sat in the car and again explain and show us how everything works, she made sure that I understood it. Natalie and Diana were very nice and helpful. Natalie helped make my decision which car would be good for me. Last year, my husband and I had such a jaded outlook towards car sales people due to a very bad experience with a different car dealership. I came to the dealership for an issue i was experiencing on my 2009 chevy traverese. The dealership was unhappy to hear that one of their trucks was giving a customer a hard time. I was told to speak too Ms. Nathalie about getting trying to get a different vehicle. Natalie (sales rep) and Anthony (sales Manager) sat together and helped me out. I was able to get a 2013 Chevy Equinox 0 miles and i was still able to keep the 2009 chey traverese. I want to thank nathalie for the help she spent all day with me seeing as though i was very upset when i walked through the doors of the dealership. Nathalie could of left me and went with another customer but from 10 am sat morning to 5pm sat night. she was with me woking on a deal that would satisfy me as the customer. I would rate her as wonderful she really was a big help. I aslo want to thank Anthoy (sales Mgr) and Keith (finance) you guys really made my experience wounderful. Thank you Mlshaw More
I brought my 2012 Volt in for service to the OnStar GPS and a design modification to the charger door release. I have been to this service center on other occasions with other vehicles and was treated rea and a design modification to the charger door release. I have been to this service center on other occasions with other vehicles and was treated real well. This visit I made an appointment for Monday and dropped the car Sunday night. I didn't get a call from the tech until Monday at 5pm to tell me that their tech was out and could not look at the car. Tuesday I got no call backs after leaving 4 voicemails. I finally called into the sales group at 5:15pm and was told service was gone for the day and they were not able to lookup the status of my Volt. The next day, Wednesday, after leaving another voicemail I get a call back around 10am telling me that they could not completely fix my problem and that it would take 7 to 10 days to get the necessary part. I asked to speak to the service manager and he finally called back at 1pm. I made arrangements to pickup my car after 6pm and call back again before I left NYC to ensure that my key would indeed be waiting. No one in service was available, voicemails left again, and no call backs. I could not risk going to the dealership at 7pm, them not finding the key, and then needing to take a $40 cab ride home. Thursday, again more voicemail into service with no call back. I went through Sales and they confirmed that my key was waiting with them. I write this because at one time, 6 months ago, their customer service was excellent, not today. More
