I had a very good buying experience at Bical Chevrolet. I shopped for a 2014 Chevy Camaro, and the sales manager offered a very competitive price for the vehicle that I wanted. The dealer was very courteous to my inquiry for the car, and they offered a test drive of a stock model of the camaro type that I desired. The saleman placed the order and I was given an approximate date of delivery of six to eight weeks. The dealer staff was very professional and delivered the car on time. Anthony G. and Dan were accomodating to me by allowing me to view the shipped vehicle, and providing prompt service for preparing the car to be delivered. Dawn D. was polite and friendly in finalizing the details of the purchase, and I felt very assured as I was completing the paperwork for the delivery. In all my new car acquisition was a very good and straight forward experience with Bical Chevrolet. The staff was courteous and professional in their services, and there were no surprises during the purchase and delivery of my vehicle. More
Looked at Used car on 10/24. Gave refundable deposit of $500.00. Did not buy the car but was later told I had to "come In" to process the refund. I drove the 40 minutes only to be told my file "was missing $500.00. Did not buy the car but was later told I had to "come In" to process the refund. I drove the 40 minutes only to be told my file "was missing" but they would call me. After numerous requests, I received phone call on 11/15 that refund "was being processed". It's now 12/4/2013 and still no refund. How can these people sleep at night ???? More
Do not get ripped off!! After agreeing on price for a new Chevy Equinox, we get a call the next day that a mistake was made and they gave me the wrong VIN# and they have another car that is similar. I should have read reviews on Bical before I went there. After reading all the similar horror stories I asked to have my deposit back. Of course Donnell and the manager Diana never called back. I called my bank and they took care of the charge. I have also called and spoken to GM and they admitted that they too have gotten many complaints against Bical and are rewviewing them and will be taking proper action. Buyer Beware, More

I can't say enough what a pleasure it was to deal with Diana the General Manager at this dealership. There was no nonsense and we didn't have to play the usual car salesman games to negotiate a deal! with Diana the General Manager at this dealership. Being a woman I was also pleasantly surprised that there were a lot of sales WOMEN (if that is what you call them) and it made the dealership that more appealing. In the past two days since I leased my car I have raved about the service and have recommended to anyone I have spoken to. I anticipate using Diana again for future deals. More

I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai sonata from bical Chevrolet on July the 8th. A couple of days later I noticed some noises while driving. I bring the car back on the 15th and they tell me due to staffing I have to come back in a couple of days. On the 17th on my way to the dealership, the check engine light comes on! After looking at it, they tell me there's a problem with the axle. Then they basically tell me that there's nothing they can do for me and to just take it to a Hyundai dealer because it's still under warranty with Hyundai. Hyundai tells me that they can't do anything until Monday the 22nd. So now I'm out of a car until Monday. No loner no nothing! I feel that bical Chevrolet could of treated me better because they know they sold me a bad car just only last week! This also tells me that they lied to me saying that they serviced the car which they didn't. Had they serviced it, it would've came up! My experience was horrible and I do not recommend this place to ANYONE! More
I live in Albuquerque, and flew in an purchased a vehicle from Bical in June. Their price was $10k under what I could buy locally, making the trip worth it!
